Parcel signing rule for international transit order:
1. ueebuy will not sign your parcel if its arrived with damaged packaging or doesn’t match our signing standard.
2. Once parcel are accepted by warehouse, ueebuy will arrange inspection and check whether contains any potential prohibited goods or not. After those test then goods will be stored.
3. If your parcel or goods can not match transportation requirement of AIR, vessel, truck or others, ueebuy will remark in your order status and contact you for parcel returns issue.
4. ueebuys warehouse are at guangzhou city, normally it will takes 3~5 days to deliver parcel to warehouse, if you still can’t check your parcel details on ueebuy after 5days, please contact your local parcel carrier first, or contact ueebuy customer service for further assistance.
Inspection and Warehouse storage rule notice.
ueebuy will check the quantity, color, size and others information of the goods. After inspection are done, ueebuy will remove the original packaging and pack goods into new ziplock bag and store. (For the items which are fragile, or easy to break, or oversize, or in other special condition, ueebuy will keep your goods in original packaging, but subject to actual operation.)
REMINDER:
a. Color difference, size measurement error, actual usage result or etc are not included in the inspection service;
b. Electric appliance, digital products, peripheral products or other functional products’ quality, model, accessories and etc are also not included in the inspection service.
c. For “CD”, “Garage Kits” and other similar goods, ueebuy can only simply check the appearance without open wrapping, others are not included in the inspection service.
